S.I.Village eCommerce
Timeline: 10 months
Role: Graphic Design, Online Merchandising, Marketing
S.I. Village is one of Korea's biggest luxury fashion online platforms, and I was a graphic design intern under the eCommerce team. I worked with over 40 Brands and four internal departments, creating web collaterals for the brands. I communicated with numerous brands to plan weekly promotions, develop strategies and increase sales. Following each week’s theme, I created posters, banners, and infographic landing pages. I managed the Living & Beauty categories, merchandised products to be featured efficiently, and monitored user activity for higher sales revenue.
Online Merchandising and Photoshop works
Designed and Placed banners that link to each event and store.
I photoshopped main banner images that navigated to promotion pages and placed them in a strategic order. I created the title and copy sentences that imply specific promotion deals to draw visitors.
Placed products by sales data every week.
After checking the consumption pattern and sales statement, I placed products considering user activity that could increase sales the following week. I regularly updated products of each category and banner images.
Create event page
We organized the brand and placed the products according to the theme. Considering user flow, I categorized in precise assortment, concept, and popularity order.
Presenting Special Offer
Negotiated with brands to get a broader range of sales, special gifts & bundles, and with our Cheif merchandising team for higher discount coupons. To make our website more exclusively recognized and raise members, we tried to offer various deals and reflect that in the design.
Event Page Designs
Launching a New Brand
Banner and launching page design. Add image effects and video to enhance the visual impact and create copy sentences.
About Page Copy Write
When I set and prepared for launch brands, I communicated with the manager to collect resources and read the brand manual catalog and website page to acknowledge the brand story. I chose images and wrote About page content for all the launching brands. I conveyed essential brand value and authentic stories to lead visitors to consume the product.
Exhibition Ticket Sale
Ticket Sale
The Mustard Blue exhibition was a huge collaborative event held for five months in Seoul. I was in charge of selling tickets and informing users about the show. This exhibition was a collaboration of TEAM BOTTA, a floral company, and the S.I. beauty brand YUNJAC. They showcased an experimental space for people to feel the atmosphere and the actual scent of flowers to promote products. I designed the main poster and ticket information page and sent inquiries for AD exposure on social media to the marketing team. This ticket sale reached 8,000,000 won ($6,840.00) in the first week and a total of $90,000.00 in sales for the whole event period.
